What is a Home Medicines Review?
A Home Medicines Review is a thorough check of all the medicines you take — prescription, over-the-counter and supplements. A credentialed pharmacist visits you at home, talks through how you use your medicines, and prepares a report with recommendations for your GP.
It’s completely free under the Australian Government’s community pharmacy program.
